Setting then Getting ParamArray of EntityRef causes crash

Describe the bug
Setting then Getting a ParamArray of EntityRef values probably causes a crash.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have param array of entityrefs on entity
2. Set this param array, probably from a different program such as a python system
3. Get the param array on a different program than the one that set it
4. Expect SEH exception or similar

Expected behavior
Working param array get/set

To put a finer point on it, any time a ParamArray of EntityRef is Set or Added during a simulation, the resulting value is invalid on programs besides the program that set it.
