[Feature Request] Ability to toggle R18 content under display settings

Similar to how there's an option to hide R18 content, I'd love to have the option to only show R18 content (kind of like how AniDB lets you filter for only R18).

In the collection, this is already possible in the current Web UI, and on the dashboard, the APIs already support this in stable 5.1. As for whether or not it is added as an option to in the Web UI itself, I'll leave that for others to decide.
