Independent Election Verification

In the readme it is stated that a third party with access to the database can verify the election's integrity.

To that end I have a few questions I didn't see addressed in the readme or tests:

1. Can a database audit detect deleted votes?
2. Can a voter verify that their vote was counted?
3. Can an audit detect if the credential issuer issued themself additional votes?

No, this is a good point and broadly this library is merely a portion of a private voting system and requires something built on top of it to fully implement a correct voting system.

I have not actually implemented such a thing in a modular way, mostly cause you may want to do it in a variety of different styles with varying security/privacy assumptions. Apologies if this isn't clarified in the README.
