Better handling of reduction in send order in established sync

If there are objects in the cache file of a type which isn't included in the send-order, those should probably be deleted..? At what point in the order though..?

Simply deleting might not be expected behaviour. Perhaps the following should be done instead:

• By default, if there are objects in the cache file not included in send-order, give a warning about it but keep them in the cache file (copy to new cache file)
• Introduce a new config variable/command line parameter för supressing the warning if that's the behaviour you want
• Introduce a separate variable/command line parameter (or same but different value?) for issuing deletes for those objects (make sure failed deletes still leads to copying to new cache file)
