Drop-In: Allow teams to define a new team name

It would be nice if teams could choose their own team name for Drop-In games. Just an idea, no need to take care of it immediately.

They can do this by editing config/humanoid/teams.yaml ahead of the game.

Yeah, some UI for that would be nice, but has anyone in the past eight years really missed that feature?
