raylib::Vector4 doesn't have scalar multiplication and vector addition operator overloads even though raylib::Vector2/3 do. Raylib provides Vector4Add and Vector4Scale identical to Vector2/3 (which is what raylib::Vector2/3 overloads use). Adding these look simple, unless this was an intentional decision.
