Investigate the ability to run RRO/MKL from thumb drive

Test the installation of RRO and MKL on USB thumb drive, and its ability to run on different machines.

Test the following:

1. On Windows Machine A:
   1. Install RRO with registry keys on a thumbnail (E:) drive.
   2. Install MKL on the same drive on the same machine.
2. On Windows Machine B where no registry keys are defined.
   1. Insert thumb drive.
   2. See if you can run RRO and MKL from that thumb drive.
