Alfheim should have its own Dynamic lighting system, since most others suck.

It's both very laggy and abandoned (on 1.12 at least).

Look at OptiFine or what Sodium Dynamic Lights (https://modrinth.com/mod/sodium-dynamic-lights) does as an example. Shouldn't be that hard to copy-paste the way these mods work.
