blueprint ordering

Is there data for the current in-game blueprint ordering? e.g. for a web UI blueprint tracker that matches the in-game screen.

I have the data, so can fork and PR, but wanted to know if it is here and I am missing it. 

It could be linked to the current game build, e.g.: `p3676`
