[TH1520] Remove wdt and event DTS Support #252
Description
This issue tracks the revert of TH1520 event driver and watchdog device tree nodes from RVCK kernel. These device nodes were added to support the AON (Always-On) subsystem but need to be removed as part of the dist inclusion policy cleanup.

riscv:dts:thead: Add TH1520 event and watchdog device node
- Added event driver device node for TH1520 SoC event handling
- Added watchdog device node for PMIC watchdog support
- Both nodes communicate with AON firmware via mailbox
