Migration from DS3622xs+ to DS425+ fail

i have seen the comment about DS425+ will be the best supported device and tried to switch to it
DSM after rebuild the bootloader say about it can be migrated but after upload the pat it poorly fail around 55% with a generic "The file is probably corrupted"
i have removed my 4 disks, SHR array (formed many years ago) with brtfs and replaced with a 500MB for testing and and the system is able to install, so i guess the system is working fine, but during the migration is not able to mount my volume

any tips or anything i can check?

Doubt it can help as it works well on a fresh install, it's just the migration from broadwellnk_3622xs+ to geminilakenk_ds425+ which doesn't works

在55% 失败后 将 url 改为 http://<ip>:5000/webman/get_logs.cgi 并导出 logs
