I could also reproduce that with neolink version 6e05e78 and a new E1 pro with firmware version Firmware Version v3.1.0.4417_2412122130.

Perhaps new firmware versions changed the way credentials are used/stored?

On the other hand, it still works fine with the same neolink version and the RLC-811A Firmware Version v3.1.0.4695_2504301440.
So the bug seems to be either camera or firmware-specific.
