Rename app label from “Delta Chat” to “Privitty Chat” #51

Update “Delta Chat” to “Privitty Chat” only where necessary (user-facing labels).
Change only:
- App launcher name
- Visible app title in UI
- Notification app name
Do not modify internal package names, identifiers, or core references.
Expected result: The app displays “Privitty Chat” wherever the name is visible to users.
