Revoke Button Visibility Logic Incorrect

**Title:** Revoke icon should only be visible when access is ACTIVE

**Description:**
The revoke icon was shown in states where it does not logically apply.

**Expected Behavior:**
Revoke button should be visible **only when access is ACTIVE**.

Hide revoke button when:

* Access Requested
* Access Expired
* Access Denied
* Access Revoked
