Revoke Button Visible for Already Revoked Users

Summary

The Revoke button is displayed for users whose access has already been revoked.

Problem

When a user's access status is revoked, the Revoke button still appears in the Access Control list. This is misleading and creates a redundant action.

Expected Behavior

• If a user's access is already revoked:

  • The Revoke button should not be displayed.
  • The revoked status icon should remain visible.

Actual Behavior

• The Revoke button is still shown even when the user is already in a revoked state.

Impact

• Confusing UI behavior.
• Redundant action presented to the user.
• Inconsistent access state representation.
