Many minor fixes

You list of items:

1. Delete the file that is generated outside the APP (as abc.pdf.prv) while attaching the file.
2. Access Control page needs a proper UI quality.
3. Icon image (apple quality)
4. All files have all kinds of access. In Android based on the permission file can be downloade, forwarded. There is no Save, copy, kind of options. Match the access control as done in Android.

5. NOTE: Please do not commit any unwanted garbage logs to the repo. These logs should be removed before pushing to the repo.
6. Including me in all future PRs.
