Installing modules takes forever

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

I am experiencing very slow downloads. Installing Microsoft.Graph with my gigabit connection is taking more than 10 minutes.

Any other website is ok.

Expected behavior

Downloads should be way faster

we are again having issues downloading AZ module from psgallery. are there plans for a more permanent fix?

We recommend using Microsoft.PowerShell.PSResourceGet module and downloaing Az modules from MAR. Please see instructions at: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/gallery/powershellget/supported-repositories?view=powershellget-3.x#microsoft-artifact-registry-mar
