There is no Get-PSReadLineHistory cmdlet (see PSReadLine cmdlets doc). To output the history saved by PSReadLine you can use Get-Content to get the content of the history file:

# History file path is saved in PSReadLine option HistorySavePath
Get-Content -Path (Get-PSReadLineOption).HistorySavePath
