[FEATURE]-Add ability to control User_Resolution_Index for output cards and endpoints supporting scaling #16

A client is having trouble with DM systems losing settings as a result of reboots or power loss. Crestron TBS recommended that the control program monitor and reset the User_Resolution_Index value of the scaling outputs. DMC-4K-HDO cards are used in this instance, but would expect to also function for DMB out blades and scaling RMCs.

Expose Scaler features of scaler-supporting DM output endpoints.
Describe alternatives you've considered
User_Resolution_Index is not the only control point used semi-regularly. I have used StandbyTimeout almost as frequently and WallMode on several jobs. Would it be better to expose the entire EndpointScalerOutput class? Having these joins reserve valuable Bridge real estate seems wasteful. Ideal if could expose features on a separate, customizable bridge.
