Request: Deobfuscation support for newly added encrypted character data in Techcronossx.py

In Techcronossx.py, newly added content such as additional characters appears to be stored as obfuscated data using a new encryption scheme.

Could you please update the deobfuscation process to support this new format?

Currently, the existing implementation does not seem to correctly decode the newly added data.
