My Account Dropdown Links Vary Where Activated In Highlight Box #3557

Descriptive summary
The My Account dropdown links for the 'user account', 'Dashboard', and 'My Collections' activate only on the text. 'Logout' activates in the entire highlight box for that row of the dropdown on both prod and staging. Change all to be the entire highlight box for consistency and ease of use. I did not notice this prior to switch to v4 which anecdotally suggests this was introduced with upgrade but can't confirm.
Expected behavior
When user has cursor in highlight box of a given row of the My Account dropdown, the corresponding link is active in the entire highlight box.
