Expanded Facet Value List Leaves Review Submissions Page and Doesn't Have Return Navigation (Staging) #3533

Descriptive summary
After going to Dashboard > Review Submissions, select a facet, click More button on a facet details dropdown > clicking Next navigation button in bottom left of facet values list goes to an expanded facet values list separated from Review Submissions page. Can't close the facet value list page with 'X' after it expands. Have to use left side Dashboard navigation to return to Review Submissions and search is lost.
Expected behavior
Clicking More button on facet details dropdown > Pop out facet values list overlaying Review Submissions Results page. Pop out list can be closed so that user can return to faceted results on Review Submissions page.
