Change filter/sort/search bar

As discussed in the dev-meeting, the behaviour and design from the filter, sort and search bar should change:

• add icons for filter and sort change filter sort search (part 1) #3388
• change the icon for search change filter sort search (part 1) #3388
• in mobile only the icons should be visible change filter sort search (part 1) #3388
• in mobile if an option (filter/sort) is activated only the number should be displayed behind the icon
• in mobile if search is empty and not in focus the input-field should shrink back to only the icon

removed because not relevant for this issue

• in mobile if search is activated the icon for filter and sort should vanish
• filter and sort (while you actively select stuff) should fill the whole screen this will be moved to it's own issue, and can be ignored here

add icons for filter and sort

in mobile only the icons should be visible, change the icon for search

sort-list with the new icon -refresh- to reset to default sort

in mobile if an option (filter/sort) is activated the the name should be displayed. The selected filters are shown in the bar. Selected Filters can be slide from right to left and deleted by touching the cross.

by touching the new search icon a search field opens. The filter icon turns smaller, so the count of the filters will be visible.

Point which needs discussion:

in mobile if an option (filter/sort) is activated only the number should be displayed behind the icon

This contradicts the mock-ups, should only the number be displayed or should the selected filter be displayed as well?

in mobile if search is activated the icon for filter and sort should vanish
in mobile if search is deactivated the icons for filter and sort should reappear and if empty the input-field should shrink back to only the icon

If a word is written in the search field, then the search field currently will not vanish at all, how should this be handled when you want to use the search field and the filter/sort at the same time?
Should sort and filter really vanish? What is the wanted behaviour click path to make the sort and filter icon reappear?

If I remember correctly the sort window should be changed to have the same look as the filter options. This as far as I can see will need changes which rework the sort appearance a lot. I would like to have an estimate of how muc hwork this is and if this should maybe be it's own issue
