[Bug] Captive portal AP list scrolling up impossible #421

Scrolling up in the captive portal AP list is impossible on my phone (Android 15) as swiping down reloads the page instead of scrolling up through the list.

Not sure if this can be fixed, maybe adding up-down buttons would be a workaround
