@if will now only output false (aka the else block) only

Due to the changes made in the pull request below, for some reason v2.0-ast will only output false. This has to do with the is Else group in the ast parsed output.

Now this issue is another problem:

• v1.9 - @if can't output true for Strings, even if the condition is supposed to return true #16

Though this has been fixed.

• v1.8 - If statements can't execute elseBlock #5
