[FR] Indicator if a file has been changed by someone else.

Onenote has an indicator which only appears if a file has been changed since the current user looked at it last:

Relay obviously has the ability to put indicators next to folders:

So I was hoping there'd be a way to add indicators next to the markdown files as well. Maybe based on a property which gets set when the plugin receives an update and cleared when the user starts an editing live view of that document?
