[Feature Request] Add "On-demand" sync setting as vs automatic-anytime sync

Can you please add feature to sync on-demand (as vs automatic-anytime sync)

There are two feature that may be helpful for you.

1. You can right click a folder and select "disconnect". This is a persistent setting and your docs won't sync when you're disconnected.
2. You can right click a folder and select "sync". This is a manual sync that will pull in new content.

Thank you for the suggestion.
The issue with this solution on the sync it will try to rescan all shared folders.
The preference would be single file
But yes, it is possible work around

You can also disconnect a single file by clicking the satellite icon in case that helps.
