Timsdata unable to open files

We reinstalled fragpipe on a new computer and now we cannot open any timstof file that we previously searched. This happens systematically with any .d file regardless if from our instrument, proteome exchange or any other source.

Your new computer might not have Visual C++ Redistributable installed. Could you install it and try again?

it was already installed. After re-installing the most recent one, now we are getting the same error as 2640 and 2101.
We have stats models '0.14.6' installed on >C:\FragPipe\FragPipe-24.0\python\python.exe.
DDA PASEF files fail with the same error of timsdata cannot open files.

If yours is DDA PASEF, I don't think the error is the same as #2640 and #2101. Can you share the log file?
