[Bug] causes keyboard and volume button issues with NeoLauncher

Guidelines

• I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
• I'm on the latest version.
• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

1. Update Feed & launcher to newest builds
2. From homescreen trying to adjust volume results in nothing. Trying to rename folders or search fails to open keyboard.
3. Scroll into feed and then back to homescreen and the issue seems to go away.

Expected Behavior

Expected behavior would be the keyboard opening and volume rocker working when called upon.

I experienced the same behavior with Lawnchair 15 Beta 2: Using the app drawer or the search bar fails to open the keyboard. (Testet with FUTO Keyboard, Heliboard and Swiftkey.)
