Using Trezor to edit multisig, txs can only be signed if there is a +1/-1 edit.

Expected Behavior

Should be able to edit multisig contracts when cosigning with a Trezor even if the edits are +0 changes to the number of cosignatories needed to sign a tx.

Current Behavior

edit contracts with +1 or -1 can be signed by a Trezor but contacts when somebody tries to keep m, when m is m-of-n the same, an error is produced.
