Adding Nix support for OpenShell and NemoClaw

I also want to send through a pull request to allow specifying the port for OpenShell, which seems to be hard coded on 8080 currently, or at least when using with NemoClaw it was stuck to 8080

Why this change?

Enable support for NixOS and for efficient OCI contianers
