In `validate` check if FIM is a valid TIFF

This could be done through a `gdalinfo` call or another gdal cmd method for GTIFF validity or when we incorporate `gogdal` directly then through `ReadVSIDir()` function. We have to check how much overhead it adds if we want to go to the cmd call route. There should be a flag to force the validity of TIFF test.
