Issue submitting tool to repository

I am trying to submit my plugin to be added to the repository, but I am getting the following error when submitting nuget link in the portal:

There was an error deserializing the object of type XrmToolBox.Service.Package. The value '7830938276' cannot be parsed as the type 'Int32'.

The file structure doesn't look right....

Plugins should be under lib/net48

@BetimBeja Thanks for the response. I have restructured the NuGet package and still hitting the same issue.
