ANTS 3.1.0 and UG-ANTS 0.5.0 released - contrib porting releases

ANTS 3.1.0 and UG-ANTS 0.5.0 have now been released.

These releases were primarily triggered by porting of contrib codes to github:

• Contrib/Apps and Contrib/Projects ported to: ancillary-file-science
• UG-Contrib ported to: ug-ancillary-file-science
• Contrib/DataPreparation ported to: ancillary-file-data-preparation

Given the nature of the porting activity, any branches in progress for the Contrib repositories will need recreating on GitHub - no branches have been or will be ported from MOSRS to github.

Importantly, the [ug]-ancillary-file-[science/data-preparation] repositories are not public repositories, rather private ones within the MetOffice organisation accessible to members of the MetOffice, momentum, and moap-monsoon-uk-academia teams. If you believe you should have access to these but can't please contact Science Partnerships regarding onboarding of your github account to the relevant team(s). The ANTS developers will not be able to assist with this or manage access on an individual basis.
