Brief description

To effectively assess runtime properties of an application using Vernier, we need to have access to the self min and the max times of a caliper.
I've updated the new class based post-processing script with this functionality, which I believe to be a baseline feature, as opposed to an optional feature uses can add with their own scripts outside of Vernier.

The python testing has been updated as required by the script.

I question whether this should be part of the data object itself. I agree having this be output from the simple scripts we provide is important and providing the functionality to produce the min/max of the callipers in the data object is important but they aren't actually something that is being imported so I don't thing they should automatically be part of the object itself. If we did add them as part of the data in the object calculated on read what else are people wanting to add: standard-deviation, variance, mean, mode, median, the list goes on, having this as a helper routine that can return the data (and is used by the basic scripts) seems like enough to me.

Though this ticket was not intended as a refactor, only an addition, I'll have another look at moving it all on Friday.
