The BCSS dataset is not automatically downloaded by Eva.

This task requires getting a script (bash) that automatically downloads the data, does any preprocessing necessary.

After that, the assignee must be able to get at least one forward pass to have successfully run.

Another way of downloading BCSS is provided in PR #31, which includes a 3-line bash script (tools/download_bcss.sh) as well as results for a complete run of eva predict_fit on a local machine.

Note: To run the evaluation locally, I lowered N_DATA_WORKERS to 1 in my call to eva predict_fit (otherwise the process usually gets killed) and let the script run overnight.
