[Feature Request] 4k Transcode

Since we have S3 support now, I think it would be nice to offer 4k transcode for playback. I think it would solve several potential problems:

1. Lower quality playback on 4k+ screens. It can be noticeable at times. My clients watch reviews on Macs with high res displays.
2. Some clients may be confused at 1080p playback. Might assume the download would also be 1080p as well. It's one less conversation/potential road bump with clients.
3. Local upload constraints are mitigated by S3 or fiber.

1. Wouldn't the skip transcoding be an option in this case as you would serve the best cq highest quality of you video that way?
2. The information button on the player page shows clearly it's a Downscaled Preview. Not sure how to make it any more clear.

4K to 4K conversion still degrades the images coming from high color profiles or codecs like ProRes so to say.
