Highlight records that break buisness requirements #133
Description
Legacy records or records that were manually corrected by admins may break requirements that we need to enforce. Highlight these records so that admins can go through and correct them.
Rules:
- User was marked as trained by someone who was not a trainer on that piece of equipment at the time
