Issue on Assignment1

Dear Professor, I want you to create a data processing pipeline for the dataset Adult Census Income using Rust Programming language. Because I am seeing online that Rust can be used for Data Science and Analytics. It says that rust can be used to implement performance-critical algorithms and building data processing pipelines. So I just want it to be dataset that is preprocessed and cleaned up so that it can be used with different regression analysis algorithms (@rxt1077).
