Add continuous layout

It would be nice to have a mode where the graph is always updated automatically when a node or link is added, removed or reconfigured. There's an experiment in https://github.com/MForster/Foreman2/tree/continuous-layout, but it's still quite brittle.

In general it's continuous layout makes only sense if the produced layout is generally good enough. Otherwise it's more of a hindrance.
