no conda-forge Python 3.14 package

conda-forge does not have packages for Python 3.14 at all (no Linux, no macOS, although the latter has its own issue #186 )

I just verified by building locally (both with python -m build and python setup.py build) that there's no problem building under 3.14 on Linux x86_64; all tests pass for libdistopia itself and distopia.
