Main README Link Broken (HoloPlay Unity SDK)

On this repo's main README, the link for the "HoloPlay Unity SDK for the Looking Glass" doesn't seem to exist anymore.

However, I think the new link might be at:

https://lookingglassfactory.com/software#holoplay-unity-plugin

Is this correct? :)
If so, a minor README update for this would be great!

Actually, on a related note,

• The main README's "App Library" link couldn't be found
• The Getting Started link is now a 404 not found page
