Support for python only scripts

The script creator is designed for running applications, but some users want pure python scripts. This can be something simple like the six hump camel examples, but could be something that still requires templated input files etc (like FBPIC workflows). Another example is model training on each sim.

Need to:

• Have good example workflows
• Find best way to incorporate this against current options.
