• Read Intersect Bootcamp - Agile section (focus on sprints, standups)
• Review GT OSPO Training Module 3+ (OSS best practices)
• create bi-week tickets
• Read Planning Poker Wikipedia
• Set up Slack and join #fellowship-standup channel
• Attend Tuesday retro/estimation meetings (10am and 2pm)
• Meet with mentor Rob for initial 1:1

Acceptance Criteria

• Familiar with Agile terminology
• Understand Planning Poker estimation (Fibonacci: 1,2,3,5,8,13)
• First standup posted in Slack
• Initial mentor meeting completed
