I have gotten this error while trying to install on Windows 10 running Ubuntu 22 through VM and it meets minimum requirements

Did you only run the installation script once?
It looks like Another process or session is using the VM, this may be due to the fact that you tried to run the install script several times, you can check if the vm is running with VBoxManage list runningvms . You can try to shutdown the VM and restart the part of the script where the problem occurred.

Yes I did because I felt the

Waiting for VM to be configured... 

process had taken too long and I was unsure about whether it needed my input, I cancelled it and started the whole process again. I have now reached the same point but I am still unsure about how long it should take to configure the VM
