My environment is:
Host Windows 11
VMWare with Ubuntu 22.04

I started the installation, but when I installed Elastic, I canceled it because I already have a SIEM environment in my lab.

The installation went well.

At the end, it showed the access IP, and when I access it I have:

How did you stop the script? The script should not be stopped; it likely did not execute fully as a result.

You should either start from a clean installation or delete all the created files (both in the /home directory and in /var/www/html).
Even if you have a SIEM, I still recommend installing ELK, as many indicators are configured with ELK.

I have the same issue here, even though I installed ELK according to the instructions. The installation went well and typed the IP address in the address bar and got the same page as sandsoncosta above.

This was a clean installation and as far as I know, no errors occured. I was able to access Kibana on it's default port so that works.
Is there som other port that needs to be used other then the default port 80?

According to the screen, the command that move all the front end pages failed.
Try to retreive the folder "Web" from the repository and put all the content in "var/www/html"

Put also the folder "cache", "csv","scripts", "MD_image", "entreprise_attack" In/var/www/html/
