Cleanup Links/Help tabs #42
Description
Move help docs to help tab. Rename Links to "Integrations". Ensure it only contains references to external integrations like ABIL, CED, Songsheets, ATLIs, etc. Currently the two tabs compete with each other.
Create a Wiki either on GitHub, opswiki, or acgdocs and link it from the Help tab. Wiki alleviates having to manually host a docx or pdf somewhere and is much easier to edit.
Makes #33 much less needed.
