Weather isn't working in multiworld dimensions

There is no weather cycle with or without the gamerule set to true within the multiworld dimensions.

I'm using mods that depend on weather and it would be awesome if you could set the weather for the dimensions, even if it takes the overworld's current weather that's fine too.
