Add Thales to integration tests

We support Thales but don't have any integration tests on it. Add one similar to existing tests for other providers.

We need a consistent and set up Ciphertrust Manager instance for this test to target.

Initial low-effort way to get the instance is to use our Complior test instance. Not sure how frequently they update their version of Ciphertrust Manager, but it would be better than nothing.
Would need to update the tenants for the integration tests to add a Thales tenant and get it pointed at the Complior instance.
