Add more debugging capabilities to AI

AI requires not only just logs from AiService or some HttpServer, but also requires the semantic logs.

We need to record all messages input to AI, what was used to construct the messages, etc. Also record why something was chosen and something not.

We have some logging, but I think I need to rethink this system.

The thing why special facilities for semantic debugging is needed because it's non-deterministic.

There might be a bug where embeddings are really not send because of bug, but it's also possible that RAG couldn't find enough evidence.

Though, the question sent in the referenced issue isn't really that specific, so it's strange that there are no embeddings
